Will I be satisfied with my purchase?
If the piece is not right, return it unworn within 15 days for a full refund. Sizing issues are resized free within 30 days.
What is included in the price?
Metal, stones, making charges and GST — all of it. The price breakup above shows the split, and there is nothing added at checkout.
Do you offer buyback and exchange?
Yes. Lifetime exchange and buyback on every certified piece, at transparent rates.
How do I verify the certificate?
Each certificate carries a QR code and a report number you can check directly on the IGI or SGL website.
Is the gold BIS hallmarked?
Every gold piece is BIS hallmarked with a unique HUID stamped on the metal.
Are lab grown diamonds real diamonds?
Chemically, physically and optically identical to mined diamonds. The only difference is origin — and price.
Will they hold their sparkle?
Yes. A lab grown diamond is a 10 on the Mohs scale, exactly like a mined one, and will not dull or cloud over time.
